If you have an accident, call the police on 999 and then contact us straight away and also report the incident. Next, for insurance purposes, you will need to fill out a damage report. Depending on how the accident occurred (e.g. due to negligence) you will be responsible for the associated costs. We look at each case individually.
If you lose your keys, you must notify the company immediately. You will be responsible for replacing the keys and any associated costs. The cost of replacing the keys may vary depending on the model of the car.
